Quiet Hours: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Outdoor noise, music, pool activity, terrace gatherings, and guest movement must respect quiet hours from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
No Fireworks
Fireworks, pyrotechnics, sparklers, smoke effects, flame effects, and similar items are not allowed on the property.
No Confetti
Confetti, glitter, powder, rice, metallic pieces, and messy reveal materials are not allowed because they damage the pool, floors, drains, gardens, and cleaning process.
Pool Care
No glass, food waste, decorations, confetti, unsafe behavior, or unauthorized items in or around the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
Neighborhood Respect
The villa is private, but the neighborhood still matters. Respect nearby residents, road access, parking guidance, noise limits, and staff instructions.

Is The View bachelor-party and private-event friendly?
Yes. Approved bachelor weekends, birthdays, chef dinners, private gatherings, corporate retreats, and special celebrations may be possible with advance coordination. Event type, guest count, visitors, vendors, music, schedule, parking, décor, and special requests must be approved before arrival.

Please send your dates, overnight guest count, expected day or event guest count, celebration type, preferred schedule, music plans, vendors, transportation needs, parking estimate, and any chef, decoration, banquet, mariachi, or concierge requests.
Capacity & Bedrooms
How many guests can stay overnight, and what is the bedroom layout?
The View is designed for 16+ overnight guests and approved day or event groups of 30+ guests, subject to the confirmed reservation and event plan. The villa has six bedrooms: a king suite, a queen suite, three double bedrooms, and one group bedroom with six beds arranged as three double bunk-bed units. Bedrooms include private bathrooms, smart TVs with major streaming services, premium bedding, and safes.
Pool & Amenities
Is the infinity pool heated, and what other amenities are available?
Yes. The infinity-style pool is heated. Guests can also enjoy the sauna, fireplace, panoramic terraces, private balconies, landscaped gardens, BBQ area, outdoor dining, outdoor showers, sun loungers, large common-area TVs, and the wine cellar by request. The jacuzzi is coming soon, and mini golf is pending.
Music & Quiet Hours
Can we play music, and what are the quiet hours?
Moderate music is allowed while respecting the property and surrounding neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. During this time, music must remain indoors, and outdoor terraces, pool activity, loud conversation, and guest movement must remain quiet.
House Rules
What activities are not permitted?
Fireworks and loud-noise violations are not permitted, with a minimum $1,000 USD fine per incident. Smoking is not permitted indoors, with a minimum $250 USD fee per incident. Guests may not jump from balconies into the pool or onto other surfaces. Glass, food waste, confetti, unsafe decorations, and unauthorized items must stay away from the pool.
Arrival & Departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A $100 USD per-hour overstay fee applies after the approved departure time. Arrival information and final house instructions are shared before check-in.
Parking & Security
How much parking is available, and what security features are provided?
Free parking is available for up to 22 vehicles, subject to the approved event and parking plan. The property includes 24/7 staff and security, perimeter cameras, exterior lighting, smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit.

Can the team help with chefs, transportation, decoration, or entertainment?
Yes. Advance-request concierge options may include airport transportation, private chef service, professional decoration, banquet coordination, mariachi coordination, birthday setup, local recommendations, and other approved arrangements. Availability and pricing depend on the request and schedule.

What internet and entertainment are available for groups?
The View provides 500 Mbps mesh internet, a complimentary mesh VPN to the city of your choice at up to 50 Mbps, and multiple independent internet connections designed for enterprise-grade reliability with 99.99% uptime. Entertainment includes smart TVs, major streaming services, Spotify, and a flexible Game Room / Spa / Office / Theater with a 120-inch projector.

Is the kitchen equipped for group meals and chef service?
Yes. The kitchen includes a double refrigerator with freezer, glass cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, rice maker, deep fryer, cookware, utensils, spices, grill, and BBQ tools. The dining table seats six, with additional indoor and outdoor areas for shared dining experiences.

What support is available during the stay?
